Multiple dates of fair market value and fair rental value are also one of our areas of expertise, and are provided for many Divorce & Partnership Settlement proceedings.
We commonly provide Joint appraisals on behalf of the Petitioner and Respondent and their attorneys, where each side expects and receives an unbiased and neutral appraiser providing conclusions and opinions that do not advocate on behalf of any one party. Employee Relocation is an area of expertise involving residential properties. Appraiser holds a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation from the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council, co-developed the current 2010 Appraisal form used by all Employee Relocation appraisers throughout the U.S., co-founded RAC & holds the CRP designation from Worldwide ERC.

Our fees for appraisal and consulting services are quoted individually on a case-by-case basis. We do not have fixed fees for professional services. We offer fair & competitive pricing, based on a combination of factors such as property type and complexity, anticipated time and difficulty to complete the assignment, scope of work necessary to produce a credible and accurate result, the intended use, the intended user, the appraisal type, and other factors.
